Every Proselyn piece is made to order — printed and pressed just for you the moment you check out. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, please read through how production, shipping, and our quality promise work before you order.
Made to Order
We don’t mass-produce or overstock. Each tee is created on demand through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, which keeps our catalog wide, our quality consistent, and our footprint low — no piles of unsold inventory. The trade-off is a short production window before your order ships, detailed below.
Production Time
Once your order is placed, it enters production with our fulfillment partner. Most items are printed, finished, and ready to ship within 2–5 business days. This is the make time only — shipping transit (below) is added on top. During launches, holidays, and peak seasons, production can run slightly longer.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, orders ship with tracked carriers (typically USPS or UPS). Estimated transit times after the item ships:
- United States: 3–4 business days (standard) · 1–3 business days (express)
- Canada: 3–4 business days (standard)
- International: 5–20 business days (standard), depending on destination and customs
In short: most U.S. orders arrive within roughly 5–9 business days of ordering (production + shipping combined). You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your order ships.
Shipping Costs & Tracking
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100; international orders are shipped at a calculated rate and aren’t eligible for free shipping. As soon as your order leaves production, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven’t received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email us at support@proselyn.com.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re happy to help correct an address before an order enters production, but once production begins we can’t guarantee changes. Orders returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require the customer to cover the cost of reshipment.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Customs processing can also add to international delivery times, which is outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering — our relaxed and oversized fits run differently than standard tees, and we’re glad to help with sizing questions before you buy.
Our Quality Promise — Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We stand fully behind how your order is made. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, flawed, or it’s simply not what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Email support@proselyn.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund — no need to ship the original back.
Changes & Cancellations
Because every piece is made to order and enters production quickly, we're unable to accept order changes or cancellations once your order is placed. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping details before you check out.
Sizing & Fit
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with garment measurements. Many of our styles are designed to be relaxed or oversized, so we recommend reviewing the measurements rather than relying on your usual size. Still unsure? Email us before you order and we’ll help you land the right fit.
