Orders & Shipping

Are your pieces made to order?

Yes. Every Proselyn tee is printed and finished just for you after you order — we don’t hold warehouse stock. It means better quality and far less waste, with a short production window before your order ships.

How long until I get my order?

Two parts: production (2–5 business days to make your item) plus shipping (U.S. standard 3–4 business days). Most U.S. orders arrive within roughly 5–9 business days of ordering. Canada is similar; international standard shipping runs 5–20 business days depending on destination and customs.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide — we ship almost everywhere, with rates calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100; international orders ship at a calculated rate and aren’t eligible for free shipping.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely — we email a tracking link the moment your order ships. If you haven’t seen tracking within 7 business days, email support@proselyn.com.

Will I pay customs or duties on an international order?

Possibly. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in your order total.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each piece is made to order and enters production quickly, we're unable to accept changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your size, color, and shipping details before you check out.

Returns & Quality

What’s your return policy?

At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.

Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size — so please check the size guide before ordering. That said, we fully stand behind our craftsmanship (see below).

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?

We’ll make it right. Email support@proselyn.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or two of the issue, and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund. You won’t need to mail the original back.

Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements. Many of our fits are relaxed or oversized, so we recommend going by the measurements rather than your usual size. When in doubt, email us before ordering.

What are the tees made of?

We use premium, soft, durable blanks chosen for comfort and longevity, printed with high-quality, long-lasting techniques. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.

How should I care for my Proselyn piece?

To keep prints crisp: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors; tumble dry low or hang dry; and skip bleach and ironing directly over the print.

Are the designs original?

Yes — every Proselyn design is created in-house and inspired by reading culture and book-lover tropes, never by any specific book, author, or franchise. They’re made for readers, by readers.
